Service Description

I offer an initial 15-minute discovery meeting. We will discuss your main health concerns, goals and desired outcomes and how I can help you with these. Following this call, you can decide if working together on your health journey is the right fit. We can then discuss a bespoke package from a one-off 90-minute session to supporting you over a 4, 8, or 12-week period.
